CCI has a Paralegal position available in Charlotte, NC. The position will offer opportunities to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties include (but are not limited to)

• Organize and maintain litigation calendars using MS Outlook
• Enter notes into company case management system
• Draft pleadings, file with court, perfect service
• Ensure timely payment of legal invoices from outside counsel
• Maintain Judgment renewal schedule
• Monitor and disseminate court notices

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in litigation
• Experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal training/paralegal certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidentiality and a professional demeanor
• Bankruptcy experience a plus
